At Tech Service Today we recently sent out an anonymous satisfaction survey to our employees and our results are at an all time high!

Close to 100% of our employees responded that they were VERY SATISFIED with Tech Service Today as a place to work.

We’re sharing some of our best practices in a series of blog posts to give you some ideas that might be helpful.

Create And Instill A Company Culture

At Tech Service Today we created the TST 30--thirty principles and corresponding behaviors we as a company follow and instill in every team member. These principles help keep all employees engaged, excited and clear about what is expected from everyone.

We introduce the TST 30 on the very first day of orientation and they are elaborated in the employee handbook that all new hires receive.

We continually reinforce the behaviors by setting a TST 30 of the Week that we cover at all department meetings.

Our executives and managers lead by example. They embody the TST 30 and continually encourage their staff to do so as well.

Some of Tech Service Today’s TST 30s include:

Strive to be the best at what we do; we do more than run out the clock.

No task is outside our job description or beneath any team member.

Create a feeling of friendliness and warmth with every customer.

Praise your teammates often & publically.
