Eleven years ago a couple of techies and marketers took the plunge to implement an idea for a “full-service” IT infrastructure service. To be honest, we didn’t imagine we'd get to where we are today. I’m adept at developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve P&L scenarios. Many can speak to my expertise in establishing accounting functions, systems and best practices, cost reduction and automation.
One aspect of building lasting business relationships is making sure the customer easily understands what they’re paying for and has a straightforward way to verify job completion. I'm especially proud of helping to put in place the system that makes TST able to quote and honor a guaranteed single price for any of the services we provide.
As the person whose oversight includes the customer facing members of our organizations, my skills in Operations Management, Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Team Building are on display everyday. As one of the earliest members of the team, I draw on my years of experience in the IT and service industries, as well as on TST's institutional memory, to retain those practices that have served us well over the years. At the same time I'm always alert to new approaches that will make the process of receiving and satisfying service requests prompt and trouble-free.
